EURORAD Teaching case of the month
47-year-old male patient was referred to our institution due to polytrauma. Abdominal ultrasound (US) was requested and showed abdominal fluid. Consequently, abdominal multi-slice computed tomography (MSCT) was performed, which confirmed the presence of the free intraabdominal fluid and spontaneously hyperdense ovoid masses in both adrenal glands.

EDiR exam on June 6, 2020 in Barcelona

Another EDiR examination will take place on June 6, 2020 in Barcelona, Spain. Radiologists and radiology residents in their fifth year of training can register now for the exam at myebr.org.

MRI study on the interaction between muscular fat and strength

The European Society of Radiology (ESR) in cooperation with the European Institute for Biomedical Imaging Research (EIBIR) invites to apply for the ESR Research Seed Grants 2020.
Application deadline: January 15, 2020.

Successful applicants will receive funding for one-year projects or pilot studies on Artificial Intelligence or cardiac imaging.
