As the European Congress of Radiology (ECR) 2019 draws closer, we would like to bring to your attention one of our Meets sessions this year – ‘ESR Meets Africa’. It is the aim of ‘ESR meets’ to build closer relationships with our guest countries at ECR and to focus on and present the radiological excellence of each country.

On this momentous occasion we would like to reach out to all our African members and colleagues to encourage you to hand in abstracts, register and attend ECR 2019.

ECR 2019 will take place February 27 – March 3 in Vienna, Austria.

Invest in the Youth

Supporting the youth is one of the ESR’s top priorities and through its Invest in the Youth programme the society is funding 1,000 young professionals every year. Successful candidates will receive free registration for ECR 2019 and up to four night’s hotel accommodation.

Shape your Skills
The Shape your Skills programme is financed exclusively by the ESR to support the continued professional development of radiographers/radiological technologists. It is dedicated to fully trained radiographers who submit an abstract to the ECR and are active ESR members for 2018.
